Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of rspnsbl.world and any RSPNSBL platform services provided by Dignitais Ltd.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using rspnsbl.world or any RSPNSBL platform service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The platform
RSPNSBL is a regulatory intelligence and trust infrastructure platform comprising several connected products: PROFYLR, CITAITION, REGULATN, DISCLOSR, VALYD, FRMRS, and CERTEFAI. Outputs of the platform are intended to support — not replace — legal, professional, or assurance advice.
Indicative outputs are not legal advice
The Quick Applicability Check on the home page is an indicative scan based on public regulatory thresholds. It is not legal advice and does not establish a professional advisory relationship. For binding regulatory analysis, organisations should engage qualified legal counsel and use the full PROFYLR assessment.
Acceptable use
- You agree not to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- You agree not to use the platform to violate applicable laws.
- You agree not to scrape, mirror, or reproduce platform content without authorisation.
Intellectual property
The platform, its components, and the underlying ontology and engines are the intellectual property of Dignitais Ltd. The platform integrates open standards (EuroVoc, NACE Rev.2, EUR-Lex CELEX, and others) which remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dignitais Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email to registered users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
