About this statement

This statement is made on behalf of Dignitais Ltd, the operator of the RSPNSBL platform. It reflects our commitment to operating ethically and to supporting the organisations we serve in doing the same.

Our business

Dignitais Ltd builds infrastructure that helps organisations identify and meet their regulatory obligations — including obligations under the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and value-chain due diligence frameworks. The substance of our work is, in part, the same substance the Modern Slavery Act 2015 addresses.

Our supply chain

Our direct supply chain is small and consists primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, professional services, and software tooling. We assess these relationships against modern slavery and labour rights criteria as part of standard procurement.

Our policies

FRMRS & agricultural supply chains

The FRMRS product specifically addresses agricultural supply-chain intelligence. Where Dignitais Ltd works directly with smallholder data, we apply consent-based data collection and adhere to the labour-rights expectations of the certification frameworks we operate within (ISO 17065 conformity assessment).

Reporting concerns

Concerns about modern slavery in connection with Dignitais Ltd or any RSPNSBL service can be reported confidentially to ethics@rspnsbl.world.

Review

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as the business grows. The next review is due no later than 31 December 2026.
